Starting Pay: $40,000 - $46,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm

Two weeks of vacation

One week of sick time

What You'll Do:

• Provide great customer service by reviewing purchase orders and understanding what each customer needs
• Enter and manage jobs in the system, create clear plans for production, and track orders to make sure they stay on schedule
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams by phone and email to answer questions and solve problems
• Order the right materials for each job and follow all company quality and safety guidelines
• Work well with others, help train new team members when needed, and occasionally travel to customer locations

Physical Requirements:

Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds

What You'll Bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or an administrative role.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable using computers, including Microsoft Office or Google tools
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Able to work well with others, handle conflict professionally, and willing to learn
• Optional but helpful:
  Basic knowledge of printing, publishing, or industrial office work, and ability to read a ruler or tape measure
