• Lead the experience:
  Manage all aspects within the restaurant, including food production, guest service and experience, and direct crew and manager work.
• Plan for success:
  Proactively lead and manage all people processes, including:
  • Recruiting, hiring and onboarding

• Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations.
• Background in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality or retail strongly desired.
• Must be 18 years or older for manager positions in corporate‑owned restaurants.
• Commitment to excellence and safety.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and provide solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
