Responsibilities- Lead the experience:
Manage all aspects within the restaurant, including food production, guest service and experience, and direct crew and manager work. - Plan for success:
Proactively lead and manage all people processes, including:- Recruiting, hiring and onboarding
- Staffing
- Performance management
- Training, coaching and motivation
- Business decisions:
Plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs. - Food safety:
Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald’s standards of excellence. - Inspire and empower:
Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety. - Results oriented:
Oversee all operational needs, including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence.
- Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations.
- Background in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality or retail strongly desired.
- Must be 18 years or older for manager positions in corporate‑owned restaurants.
- Commitment to excellence and safety.
- Strong customer service focus and ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to anticipate customer needs and provide solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
