• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in the restaurant; clear tables and provide general assistance to guests and staff.
• Clear dishes, refill beverages, restock supplies, and ensure a clean environment for guests.
• Maintain knowledge of restaurant layouts and assist in assigned restaurant(s).
• Learn and follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Ensure clean dishes are stocked and organized; monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management.
• Rotate items in inventory for freshness and proper stock of china, glass, utensils, and condiments.
• Provide courteous customer service; communicate guest compliments or complaints to management in a timely manner.
• Support the restaurant as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
• Work nights, weekends, holidays, and during special events.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; one year of food or hospitality service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedure manuals, and menus.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts for par levels; interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Serve Safe Food Handler’s license or ability to obtain appropriate licensing.

• The work environment is fast-paced and may be loud; smoking areas exist within the casino where permitted.
• Candidate must be able to walk and stand for extended periods; may need to lift up to 50 lbs independently and more with assistance.
