A well-established, privately held precision manufacturer serving aerospace, defense, and power generation customers is seeking a Quality Manager to lead and elevate its quality function at a key production facility in West-Central Indiana.

This organization has built a strong reputation for complex metal forming and machining capabilities and continues to invest in equipment, systems, and leadership to support long-term growth.

This role will own the site’s Quality Management System and serve as the senior quality leader for the facility. The Quality Manager will work cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Leadership to ensure compliance, improve processes, and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Lead and manage the site Quality team
• Oversee and strengthen the Quality Management System
• Ensure compliance with ISO/AS standards and customer requirements
• Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Partner with operations to improve scrap, rework, and overall performance metrics
• Support customer audits and regulatory compliance
• Deliver executive-level quality reporting and KPI visibility

• 5+ years of quality leadership in precision manufacturing
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or highly regulated environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of ISO and/or AS quality standards
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Hands‑on problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset
