Where You ll Make a Difference
  • Perform routine and nonroutine chemical evaluations of raw materials, inprocess samples, streams, and finished goods within the ISO 9001 quality system.
  • Investigate sources of product nonconformance and participate in auditing activities to ensure manufacturing quality.
  • Record, interpret, and transmit analytical data accurately and on time, including data entry and usage decisions in SAP.
  • Calibrate, standardize, and maintain laboratory instruments; identify and report malfunctions or repair needs.
  • Conduct environmental monitoring, including sampling and post sampling handling, following established protocols.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant laboratory environment aligned with Chemical Hygiene requirements.
  • Support test method development, data review, and continuous improvement activities within the lab.
  • Communicate analytical findings and laboratory procedures effectively to lab technicians, process operators, and other stakeholders.
  • Perform assigned duties during laboratory or plant emergencies while adhering to safety and environmental requirements.
What Makes You the Right Fit
  • Associate s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or a closely related scientific field.
  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment, analytical methods, and chemical testing techniques.
  • Ability to work independently in a laboratory setting while exercising good judgment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for sharing findings and procedures.
  • Demonstrated potential for taking on additional responsibilities and learning new skills.
  • Experience maintaining laboratory documentation and following established protocols.
  • Ability to support environmental monitoring, instrument calibration, and data accuracy.
  • Comfortable working rotating 12-hour shifts with occasional overtime as needed.
  • Reliable communication access via home or mobile phone (with voicemail).

  • Experience developing or improving laboratory test methods.
  • Prior involvement in nonconformance investigations or quality audits.
  • Ability to train others in basic laboratory techniques and procedures.
