2024 & 2025
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, with accurate and timely documentation
- Complete resident assessments
, including admissions, transfers, discharges, and change‑in‑condition reviews - Monitor resident health
, including vital signs and post‑incident follow‑ups - Educate residents and families on care plans, treatments, and wellness needs
- Support and guide QMAs and CNAs throughout each shift
- Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure residents receive the best possible care
- A high school diploma or GED
- Two (2) or more years of experience working in senior living
- Valid CPR, TB, and First Aid certifications
- A nurse who is organized, compassionate, and comfortable working as part of a team
