Registered Nurse Float – DaVita Kidney Care

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to serve as a float nurse in our outpatient dialysis centers across Terre Haute, IN and surrounding areas.

• Provide nursing care to patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease in an outpatient dialysis setting.
• Follow treatment plans and patient monitoring protocols; measure vital statistics and assist in machine set up.
• Develop long‑term relationships with patients and families.
• Work with a team of Patient Care Technicians and nurses to coordinate care.

• No dialysis experience is required – paid training available for the first 10 weeks.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school; B.S.N. or a three‑year diploma from an accredited program are acceptable alternatives.
• Comfortable working 3–4 days per week, 10–14 hours per shift – no on‑call required.
• Float to various clinics and receive per‑mile compensation for travel.

• Previous ICU, Critical Care Unit, Emergency Room, or Medical Surgical experience is a plus.
