Assist the Press Operator in setting up, adjusting, operating, cleaning, and general loading/unloading of a flexographic printing press to produce quality printed film for customer packaging needs.

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work effectively and professionally with coworkers in a team environment
• Basic math skills
• Identify the source of problems on complex machinery and take appropriate corrective action
• Read, understand, and stay current with all department work instructions and procedures
• Good organizational skills

High school diploma or GED equivalent. Experience in printing and/or a manufacturing environment is a plus.

• Occasional sitting
• Occasional standing
• Frequent walking
• Occasional below‑waist level work
• Occasional climbing, balancing, pushing/pulling
• Occasional lifts up to 40 lbs.
• Occational reaching above shoulder, reaching over 15” away from body, fine motor and forceful motion
• Good vision and hearing; use of both hands
• Communicate with coworkers and Crew Leaders
• Pass a company‑administered color vision test

• Maintain regular attendance
