Supply Chain Manager

Our Client is looking for a Strong Supply Chain Manager who can lead a team and be a critical member of the Sr. leadership team! This person drives and coordinates activities within the Supply Chain department to ensure the availability of production plans, direct materials, and customer shipments. Works in SAP, creating business processes and standards to increase the efficiency of the plant.

• Ensures performance metrics and goals are met and action plans implemented.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team
• Monitors forecasts and quotas to determine their effect on supply chain activities.
• Implements new or improved supply chain processes to meet internal & external needs
• Designs or implements plant warehousing strategies
• Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service.
• Designs strong processes that can be adapted to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, or cost reduction
• Develops annual budgets and long-term strategic plans, including capital expenditures and labor needs
• Monitors all aspects of the supply chain to ensure that goals are being met
• Leads and directs supply chain personnel.

• Associate’s degree in supply chain or operations management
• 3+ years’ management experience, including management of an entire team
• 3+ years’ experience within SAP
• Planning experience in a regulated industry preferred
