COMPENSATION AND INCENTIVES
Salary range: $76,523 to $114,795 annually, based on experience
SIGN-ON BONUS OPTIONS
$5,000 for 1-year commitment, paid after 30 days
$10,000 for 2-year commitment
$15,000 for 3-year commitment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform nuclear medicine diagnostic imaging procedures
Prepare, calculate, and administer radiopharmaceuticals
Conduct PET and SPECT imaging studies
Maintain quality control and radiation safety standards
Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
Provide patient education and post-procedure care
Collaborate with physicians and imaging leadership
REQUIREMENTS
Indiana State Department of Health Nuclear Medicine License
ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification
BLS certification required
One year of Nuclear Medicine experience preferred
Strong attention to patient safety and quality
