Overview
Silver Birch Living of Terre Haute is seeking a compassionate and dependable Qualified Medication Assistant (QMA) to join our Clinical Team
. In this role, you’ll support residents’
health, safety, and daily care needs by assisting with medications and personal care. You’ll help ensure residents feel cared for, respected, and supported every day

- Assist residents with daily care needs, including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), following individualized care plans
- Administer, monitor, and document medications and treatments as directed, within your scope of practice
- Observe residents and report changes in condition to the Wellness Nurse and clinical team
- Document care and services accurately in the electronic health record
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
- Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and team members
- Work closely with the Wellness team to support overall clinical operations and resident needs
- A high school diploma or GED
- Prior healthcare or senior living experience is helpful
- A current QMA certification in good standing
- Insulin certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
- Ability to maintain required training and certifications
- A compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
- Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail
- Comfort using electronic documentation systems
