Role Description

This is a full-time, on‑site Home Manager role located in Terre Haute, IN. The Home Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations of the residential facility, including managing staff, ensuring a safe and secure environment, and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating care plans, monitoring the well‑being of residents, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the implementation of personalized care services.

Qualifications

• Management and organizational skills, including staff supervision and time management
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, residents, and families
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills for handling day‑to‑day operational challenges
• Compassion and patience for working with individuals in a residential care setting
• Proficiency in basic administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation
• Experience in healthcare, social work, or residential care is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is an advantage
• First aid or CPR certification is a plus
