Therapists work with individuals, groups and families to improve mental health and overall functioning in everyday activities.

• Provide individual, group and family therapy services.
• Through the therapeutic relationship, help clients identify treatment issues, define goals, plan action and gain insight.
• Make referrals to other support services when in best interest of client or their family.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to clients  needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
• Stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in mental health.

• Specified Master s degree in social work or related field required; license (or licensable) in social work or related field.
• Previous experience in the clinical field and working with at-risk youth preferred.
• All applicants must possess a valid driver’s license.
• All applicants must consent to and pass all required background checks.
