Revolution is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Manager to support multiple manufacturing facilities, based in our Terre Haute, IN location. This role serves as a technical and strategic HSE partner to plant leadership, supporting and enhancing site-based EHS programs while driving consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across the region.

Short-term, the Regional HSE Manager partners closely with plant and facility leadership to strengthen site-based EHS programs. While plant managers maintain ownership of day-to-day execution, the Regional HSE Manager delivers technical expertise, regulatory guidance, and program enhancements that elevate safety performance and support Revolution’s commitment to a Zero Incident Environment.

Why Join Revolution?

Revolution is committed to building a Zero Incident Environment where safety is embedded into every aspect of our operations. This role offers the opportunity to influence multiple facilities, partner with leadership teams, and help shape a consistent, high-performing EHS culture across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a regional technical EHS resource, providing guidance on OSHA, environmental, and regulatory compliance across assigned facilities (including Terre Haute, Flint, Oakdale, and Hudson).
  • Support plant leadership in refining and strengthening existing site-based EHS programs, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with plant managers and site teams to drive EHS excellence, engagement, and accountability, while reinforcing that site leadership owns day-to-day execution.
  • Conduct periodic site assessments, audits, and inspections to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities; provide recommendations and follow-up support.
  • Analyze incidents, near misses, and trends across the region; support root cause analysis and corrective action development.
  • Support and coordinate EHS training efforts, ensuring consistency, effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and emerging best practices; translate requirements into actionable guidance for site leadership.
  • Assist in motivating and influencing site teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and proactive risk management.
  • Travel approximately 20‑30% to support assigned locations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, with regional or multi‑site exposure strongly preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations, environmental compliance, and safety management systems.
  • Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and influencer without direct day‑to‑day operational ownership.
  • Experience supporting audits, inspections, corrective actions, and compliance initiatives.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHS tracking or inspection tools.
What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience.
  • The opportunity to influence safety performance across multiple facilities.
  • A collaborative, values‑driven culture committed to Zero Incidents.
  • Professional growth opportunities within a forward‑thinking organization.
