Job Summary /Basic Function
The Admissions Ambassador serves not only as a tour guide but also assists in the onboarding of new employees, maintains tour expectations of current tour guides, and serves as a leader on the team. The Admissions Ambassador will lead a team of tour guides, ensuring that they provide a high level of customer service at all times.
Specific Responsibilities Work Schedule
Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30pm, some nights and weekends required.
