Puesto: Inside Sales Account Manager (Spanish & English speaking)

As an Inside Account Manager, you will own the full sales cycle for your customer portfolio, driving growth through consultative selling and strong stakeholder engagement. This is a high‑impact role that blends commercial performance, customer experience, and technical insight.

This role is located in Spain, Terrassa and got hybrid flexibility.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from opportunity development to long-term customer loyalty.
  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline with evidence-based forecasting and improved conversion rates.
  • Engage multiple stakeholders and connect proposals to measurable business outcomes.
  • Conduct win/loss reviews and update account plans accordingly.
  • Identify internal bottlenecks and suggest process or tool improvements.
  • Coach peers on discovery quality, objection handling and effective CRM documentation.
  • Protect price integrity and propose deal structures balancing growth and delivery risks.
  • Provide clear, data-driven insights during monthly business reviews and planning sessions.
  • Use your technical understanding of automation — ideally pneumatic technologies — to guide customers toward the right product and application choices.
