We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our vibrant and dedicated team in Terrace, British Columbia. You should have five or more years of progressive, technical experience primarily in contaminated sites investigation and remediation (e.g., stage 2 preliminary site investigations, detailed site investigations, remedial option analyses, and physical remediations), combined with some project coordination and management experience. - You are leading project-focused teams in the delivery of a range of contaminated sites projects and manage clients’ projects including project scoping, budget control, planning, development of schedules, and coordination of resources.

- You would like a mix of field work and office data analysis and reporting.
- You are able to conduct some field work on occasion, including soil, groundwater, vapour, surface water, and/or sediment investigations, monitoring programs, and overseeing site remediation, as well as completing site visits to monitor the safety of our people.
- You are responsible for preparing quality deliverables, overseeing data collection, compilation, analysis, interpretation, and reporting for phased environmental site assessments, remediation, and site monitoring.
- You are well-supported by your colleagues from various disciplines and levels, helping you be successful in reaching your personal and project goals.
- You are involved in proposal preparation, including development of work plans, schedules, and cost estimates for senior review.

- A bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geoscience, or a related discipline.
- Professional designation registered in BC such as a PEng, PGeo, PAg, PChem, or an RPBio, or on‑track to obtain it in the next year or two.
- A minimum of five years of experience in environmental consulting.
- A good understanding of contaminated sites investigation methods and legislation; may rely on more senior colleagues for mentorship or be relied on by more junior personnel.
- Excellent and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
- An understanding of current provincial and federal regulatory environmental criteria and protocols.
- Experience reporting and presenting environmental data and interpretation, including but not limited to contaminant spatial extents, conceptual site models, remediation objectives and plans, and regulatory requirements.
- Understanding of environmental chemistry and contaminant fate and transport.
- A strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- A strong ability to prioritize tasks and organize large amounts of data/information.
