Supply Secondary Teacher Temporary

Position: Supply Secondary Teacher (Contract, Temporary)
3D Recruit are currently recruiting for a Secondary School Teacher to work across secondary schools in Tenterden and the surrounding areas, on both a long-term and daily supply basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a flexible and dedicated teacher looking to gain experience in a variety of secondary settings while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

About the Role

* Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum and school policies

* Teach your specialist subject across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 where applicable)

* Create an engaging, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment

* Adapt lessons to meet the needs of students with varying abilities, including SEN

* Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies

* Provide feedback to support student progress and attainment

* Uphold the school’s ethos and promote respect, resilience, and responsibility

About You

* Experience teaching within a UK secondary school setting

* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

* Ability to quickly build positive relationships with students and staff

* Flexible, reliable, and adaptable to different school environments
