Key Responsibilities:

• Lead audit engagements, including planning, execution, and completion, for a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards.
• Provide high-quality client service, including advising on accounting and audit matters, and building strong, lasting client relationships.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and knowledge to support their development.
• Identify areas for efficiency improvements and propose practical solutions to management and clients.
• Assist in business development activities by identifying potential opportunities and participating in proposals and presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, with a strong background in audit and accounting.
• Proven experience in leading audit assignments in public practice, demonstrating technical expertise and a thorough understanding of audit techniques.
• Extensive knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in audit and accounting software applications.
