• Receive goods and verify counts/quality; report discrepancies promptly
• Verify and record all items loaded for shipment
• Maintain accurate shipping records, including returns and dunnage
• Verify packaged items before shipping to customers
• Update shipment data for order accuracy and billing purposes
• Prepare bills of lading and shipping tickets
• Load and unload trucks using hand trucks, and carts
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 1–2 years of warehouse or shipping/receiving experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills (basic English required)

• Ability to stand or sit for long periods
• Ability to move around the warehouse and operate heavy machinery as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Warehouse environment with fluorescent lighting
• Regular interruptions and moderate noise levels
