The Management Trainee Program is designed for recently graduated or soon-to-be graduating seniors. This 24-week, hands-on experience offers the opportunity to become part of a team, expand your skills, participate in all areas of Dayton Freight's operations, and learn about our company, culture, and the transportation industry. The program also focuses on developing future leadership skills, preparing trainees to assume management roles upon completion.
