OTR Truck Drivers – OTR FLATBED Drivers - All trucks have 18 speed manual transmissions! Must be able to drive 18 speed manual transmission!

We are seeking OTR Class A Flatbed, Step deck & RGN (no Tarping) CDL A Drivers to join our team! LPS Equipment & Acquisition Co. is North America’s largest Sawmill & Wood Industry Equipment Dealer backed by over 30 years of experience.

We are seeking full-time OTR, CDL A, Flatbed Truck Drivers to join our well-established privately held company. Regular weekly pay, steady work, benefits, maintained trucks, and flexible home time. We travel all over the continental United States and keep you rolling. We like to keep our drivers OTR in 3 week increments, giving you home time once per month. Compensation:

$1,500 - $2,200 weekly average based on per mile rate

Potential to earn up to $100,000 annually

$0.60 per mile loaded or empty

Mostly no-touch loading & unloading

2020 and 2023 W990 and W900L Kenworth Trucks

Fleet Maintained with 18 speed manual Transmissions

Tractors governed at 76 mph

Drivers are assigned dedicated company trucks

Requirements:

• Must be able to drive 18 speed manual transmission.
• Minimum 23 years of age.
• 2 years minimum experience - Flatbed, Step deck & RGN – No tarping. Heavy and oversize experience a plus.
• Pass a Drug screen.
• Pass a Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and Alcohol Verification.
• Current DOT card.
• Current, valid CDL and endorsements for the position.
• Class A verifiable experience.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures.
• Strong work ethic & time management skills appreciated.
• Must be able to secure load with chains and binders.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines.
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards.
• Securing load.
• Maintaining accurate records and logs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Summary: As an OTR Flatbed Truck Driver with a focus on NO TARPING, you will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely across long distances. With core skills in driving, commercial driving, and tractor-trailer operation, you will navigate various routes and deliver shipments on time. Your premium skills in handling manual transmission vehicles, flatbed trailers, and time management will be essential in ensuring smooth operations.
