PRS Auto is hiring immediately for individuals to set up railcars for loading new automobiles at the Spring Hill, TN rail terminal. No experience is required in this entry-level position, as we offer on-the-job training to teach you everything needed for success.

This is a Part-Time Position.

Starting rate is $18/hr, with a rate increase after 90 days.

Work schedule is typically first shift; however, schedules vary, and flexibility for start and finish times is required. Candidates must also be available during weekends and holidays.

The position involves preparing railcars for loading vehicles, including inspecting chocks, doors, decks, and grates, cleaning rails with a backpack blower, and identifying defects for repair. All work follows PRS Auto processes based on AAR standards and guidelines.

This role requires physical activity such as bending, squatting, leaning, and moving plates to span railcars. It offers opportunities for growth within the rail industry, with multiple locations nationwide and a focus on promoting qualified individuals for advancement.

Applicants must currently reside within a 45-minute commute of Spring Hill, TN. Out-of-area candidates or those requiring relocation will not be considered.

• Possess a valid Driver's License
• Pass a 7-year background check and drug test
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, lift up to 50 lbs above head, and climb various heights (not afraid of heights)
• No GED or High School diploma required

You will be employed by PRS Auto and not directly as a railroad employee.
