Security Guard

Overview:

Classic Salads is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Night Security Guard to monitor our facility during the night. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the safety and security of the premises by observing and reporting any unusual activities. This position requires minimal physical engagement but demands a high level of attention to detail and reliability.

• Conduct Routine Inspections: Perform periodic patrols of the facility to ensure all areas are secure and report any irregularities.
• Access Control: Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring only authorized personnel are on-site during the night.
• Incident Reporting: Document and report any security breaches, unusual occurrences, or safety hazards to the Security Supervisor or relevant authorities immediately.
• Respond to Alarms: Quickly respond to and assess any alarms or disturbances, taking appropriate action as needed.
• Maintain CFG-FRM-5030 Form: Keep an accurate and detailed log of all activities and incidents that occur during the shift.
• Collaborate with Emergency Services: When necessary, work with local law enforcement, fire departments, or emergency medical teams to manage emergencies.
• Follow Protocols: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and protocols regarding security and safety.

• Experience: Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
• Skills:
  • Strong observational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond appropriately to emergencies.
• Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Availability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Physical ability to perform light patrols and handle emergency situations.

• Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently, safely, and successfully with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.

Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
