Security Officer - Flex Roving Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors and staff by following post orders, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response procedures at a government location;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of facilities, public areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance and/or security-related concerns;
Monitor access points and assist with credential verification, visitor directions, and general information while maintaining a professional presence;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site personnel and/or local authorities as needed;
Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations in written reports and logs, and communicate relevant updates to supervision during shift turnover
