As a Front Desk Officer in a healthcare location, you will be the first point of contact, welcoming visitors, verifying access, managing sign-ins, and communicating clearly with staff and guests. You will monitor activity at the entrance, respond to requests, and document security-related observations with professionalism.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service at the front desk by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.

+ Control access to the facility by greeting and screening visitors, issuing badges when required, maintaining visitor logs, and directing guests to appropriate check-in areas.

+ Monitor cameras, alarms, intercoms, and/or access control systems from the front desk, and report suspicious activity or hazards to the appropriate staff to help to deter unwanted activity.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, coordinating with site personnel, and documenting actions taken.

+ Complete required reports such as shift activity logs, incident reports, and/or access records, and communicate significant updates during shift transitions.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
