Security Logistics Access Control – Day Shift

As a Security Officer – Logistics Access Control Driver in Antioch, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Allied Universal Security Professional in an access control role within a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor entrances and exits, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents.

Your presence and attention to detail will contribute to a welcoming environment, while your strong communication skills provide exceptional customer service. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver’s license as part of the responsibilities.

• Monitor access points at the logistics and distribution location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized personnel, visitors, and vehicles.

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

• Help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity through regular observation and reporting.

• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to observe for irregularities and report any concerns.

• Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and access control logs as required by site procedures.

• Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and client representatives to support a secure and orderly environment at the logistics and distribution location.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
