- Comfortable with travel, as the position requires 45% travel within the market
- Excellent adaptability and willingness to learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience in the restaurant industry or familiarity with restaurant operations
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a competitive sales culture
- Knowledge of competitors and current trends in the restaurant technology space
- Coachable mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Passion for helping small business owners overcome challenges
