What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop, implement, and lead strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals for the sales team
  • Manage pipeline in CRM systems and present plans to sales leadership effectively
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance evaluations for the sales team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to create customer solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required;
    Nursing degree (BSN) or clinical license preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in identifying and closing new business sales in healthcare
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in a management capacity
  • At least 5 years of sales management experience in a healthcare technology company
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Experience with online demonstration tools like Web Ex and MS Teams
  • Strong presentation skills and executive presence
  • Ability to lead in a dynamic and complex team selling environment
  • Enthusiasm and initiative, with a desire for excellence in performance
