Our market is busy, with many internet and phone leads from customers interested in purchasing or leasing vehicles. This is not a traditional car sales role; there is no waiting in the showroom or test driving cars. Your work will primarily involve responding to online and phone inquiries from customers interested in purchasing vehicles.
Purpose: The eSales Agent is responsible for generating sales appointments with online and phone inquiries. The role involves delivering a high-quality guest experience by responding promptly and professionally, using lead management tools, CRM software, and the internet to manage inquiries, update customer files, and track customer interest. Training will be provided to understand all products, services, inventory, financing, and incentive programs.
Hours: Monday-Saturday, 8 am - 7 pm, with a rotating schedule, 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to internet inquiries courteously and professionally.
- Enter guest inquiry data promptly and accurately into the CRM.
- Generate sales appointments.
- Utilize lead management tools effectively.
- Prepare reports, forms, and documentation timely.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Maintain ethical behavior, ensure guest satisfaction, and act honestly in all dealings.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a call center environment preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to understand rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background checks, MVR, drug testing, and possessing a valid driver’s license.
