Sales Support Rep II
This position is responsible for Aeronautical Accessories trade sales support and order administration within the Customer Support & Services organization.
ResponsibilitiesAchieve sales goals that are set forth in AA annual operating plan
Responsible for overseeing trade sales customer accounts. Duties to include, but not limited to taking sales calls, receiving, generating, distributing and monitoring customer orders throughout the sales process and assuring customer order data integrity.
Monitor customer delivery dates and provide updates to appropriate production personnel as required.
Assist customers with identifying specific order requirements and product attributes, availability, lead times, etc.
Monitor customer accounts and verify payment terms are implemented prior to order shipment including
Approvals and approval data for international shipments.
Responsible for providing sales information for invoice purposes.
Generation of RMA's and processing customer returns.
Customer record keeping (mailing list, general account info. etc.).
Measure & justify individual contributions with weekly reports.
Any other duties or projects assigned by management.
Strong communication & organizational skills.
Must possess the talent required to assist customers and market our products/services in a very professional manner.
Must be knowledgeable in receiving, generating, distributing, and maintaining customer orders and account information.
High School Diploma or GED
2-4 years of customer service or online/phone sales experience required
Bachelor’s Degree
Aviation experience
Familiarity with SAP ERP & Microsoft Access/Excel applications.
Knowledgeable of AA products and services.
Must be able to sit and/or stand for duration of shift
Must have ability to work behind desk
Ability to use computer, to include keyboard, mouse, and software related to job duties
You’ll be off every Friday with our 4x10 work schedule
