Position Overview: The Full-Time Associate assists the store management in daily operations, including providing excellent customer service, driving sales, merchandising, and other duties as assigned. All activities should be performed professionally, courteously, reliably, and with a results-oriented attitude.

• Build customer relationships through exceptional service, assisting customers in a professional, honest, and attentive manner.
• Display basic fashion and trend knowledge to meet customer needs and promote merchandise sales.
• Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Maintain a positive attitude and comply with company policies.
• Support training in selling and merchandising techniques.
• Help minimize inventory shrinkage through loss prevention measures.
• Follow proper point of sale procedures and investigate discrepancies.
• Keep management informed of important developments and issues.
• Maintain a neat sales environment and perform other duties as assigned.

The workweek ranges from 35 to 40 hours.

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Excellent command of English for effective communication.
• Leadership qualities and ability to work independently.
• Flexible availability to meet business needs.
• Basic fashion trend knowledge and customer service skills.
• Teamwork and responsibility handling abilities.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work extended hours in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation is required.
