This role involves presenting products at customer retail locations and maintaining multiple bulk accounts by merchandising approved products and packages using safe handling techniques and following quality guidelines.

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and programs
• Physically moves products from backrooms to display areas
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials where permitted; rotates products; fills and merchandises Fastlane merchandisers and vendors; checks vendor operations for proper functionality
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor; manages return of empty pallets, shells, damaged and out-of-date product

• Effective communication skills (listening, speaking, writing)
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting
• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work with a variety of customers with different needs
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively)
• Able to work reliably and independently with minimal supervision
• Critical thinking skills
• Company-provided cell phone

• Valid in-state driver’s license
• Excellent driving history
• Proof of insurance with liability and property damage coverage as specified in policy

• Excellent driving history

The work environment will vary and may include exposure to weather conditions, coolers, and customer storage areas which may be non-temperature controlled.
