The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular attendance and work varied hours, including nights and overtime.
• Communicate proactively with supervisors about work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Deliver excellent customer service following the GURA model:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value & Appreciate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Indoor and outdoor work on hard surfaces, with moderate noise levels.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe work environment.

• Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, and push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Stand, kneel, reach overhead, and operate store equipment regularly.
• Operate vehicles and move throughout the store efficiently and safely.
