We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Restaurant Manager to help lead daily operations at our Chestnut Hill location. This role is for hospitality professionals who are comfortable on the floor, value structure and standards, and can lead teams through high‑volume service.

• Lead daily restaurant operations with a strong presence on the floor
• Oversee service execution, food quality, and guest experience
• Train, coach, and hold team members accountable to company standards
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
• Partner with senior leadership on staffing, scheduling, and performance goals
• Foster a culture of professionalism, hospitality, and teamwork

• Full‑time, salaried management position
• Typical shift structure:
  • Open: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Mid: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Close: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Schedules are posted 2 weeks in advance with an emphasis on balance and consistency

• Restaurant management or leadership experience (full‑service or high‑volume preferred)
• Comfortable working all dayparts (opening, mid, and closing shifts)
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to lead teams in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience with POS systems and scheduling tools

• A manager who leads from the floor, not the office
• Strong eye for detail in service, cleanliness, and team execution
• Consistent, fair, and professional leadership style
• Comfort representing the Pepe’s brand in the restaurant and the community

• Base salary starting at $70,000, with total compensation potential up to $80,000+ based on experience and performance
• Performance‑based bonus structure
