Quality Control Technician

Our client, a manufacturing organization dedicated to maintaining high-quality standards, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Quality Control Technician

Location: Gordonsville, TN

Pay Range: $21.00 - $22.75

Shift: 2nd shift (6:00pm - 2:30am) Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

• Perform line and dock audits to verify quality standards are maintained
• Build up and check parts daily to ensure accuracy and quality
• Collect samples and data to assist in problem solving and process improvements
• Issue quality alerts and rework instructions with required signatures
• Communicate any issues or unsafe conditions to the Quality Engineer and Operations team

What's Needed?

• Work experience in quality control or related field, automotive preferably but not required
• Willingness to cross-train and learn new skills
• Ability to work the designated shift and overtime as required
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Effective decision-making skills and a positive attitude
• Visual inspection, ability to conduct repetitive hand gripping, reaching with hands and arms
