Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our established primary care team near Unionville, Tennessee. This is a rewarding full-time opportunity in a collaborative, patient-centered outpatient practice focused on providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide evidence-based primary care in an outpatient setting Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions across all age groups Collaborate with physicians and APPs to ensure high-quality care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Participate in quality improvement and care coordination efforts

Qualifications:

Board Certified NP or PA Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Tennessee DEA certification with full prescriptive authority Strong clinical and communication skills Prior experience in primary care preferred but not required A genuine commitment to patient-centered care Practice Highlights:
Join a well-established, efficiently run outpatient practice Collaborative team includes 2 physicians and 3 APPs Monday Friday schedule (no nights or inpatient duties) Supportive administrative and clinical infrastructure Compensation & Benefits:
