Location: Antioch
Join us as a LPN / Private Duty Nurse at Adoration Health in Antioch, TN. Our Private Duty LPNs provide expert, patient‑centered care from Monday through Saturday, 7 am‑7 pm.

- Provide 1:1 care for clients following their plan of care while maintaining dignity and independence
- Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed per plan of care and assess results
- Accurately document nursing actions, communicate with family, case manager and physicians, and document progress and outcomes
- Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate amounts are always on hand
- Ensure all patient needs are met in accordance with instructions of the physician
- LPN/LPT/LVN degree from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and proof of car insurance
- CPR professional certification
- 1+ years of nursing experience preferred
- Home health care experience preferred
