Adoration Home Health and Hospice is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide patient‑centered home health care in Tellico Plains, TN. The role offers a supportive environment where your expertise and empathy can truly shine.

• Assess and monitor the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create home health care plans that align with MD orders and patient goals
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support patient families and caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on‑call rotation as required by the local branch

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college with current unrestricted registration and license in the applicable state
• Minimum of one year nursing practice in a patient‑care setting; experience in home health or geriatrics preferred
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance per company policy
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification
