• Supervise medical‑surgical, progressive care, surgical services, and emergency department staff on a shift‑by‑shift basis.
• Coordinate patient care services across departments.
• Maintain compliance with FLSA Non‑exempt status and FSLA status.

• Associates Nursing required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing required with exceptions (ASN bridge, MSN) within specified timeline.
• 3 years minimum clinical experience required. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• West Virginia Nursing License required or eligible for licensure.
• ACLS Certificate required or eligible for certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required. American Heart Association (AHA) certification must be completed prior to orientation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and adapt to change.
