CARE, a 164‑bed specialty facility located in Erin, TN, is seeking a passionate LPN to provide exceptional nursing care during weekend shifts. This part‑time position offers competitive pay, a supportive team, and the opportunity to make meaningful differences in patients’ lives.

As a weekend LPN, you will deliver patient‑centered care across a range of therapeutic services, including new‑patient assessment, ongoing treatment, and discharge planning, while maintaining the highest quality and compassionate care standards.

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines and regulations and as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.

• Active LPN license in the state of residence.
• Current/active CPR certification.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects while maintaining high quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Shift schedule: every other weekend from 2 pm to 10 pm.
