RN- SUPERVISOR NURSING HOME- PRN -

This position is primarily responsible for assessing, planning, supervising, and evaluating the nursing care and staff within the facility; providing inservice instruction; coordinating, evaluating the resident's restorative care program and its staff; assessing all residents upon admission, hospital returns or major permanent change in condition and completing the MDS; developing, coordinating and implementing the resident's Comprehensive Care Plan from admission to discharge;

evaluating, coordinating and monitoring the resident's services and activities; acting as the PI for the nursing home; performing other assigned job duties. Adheres to all federal, state and district compliance regulations.

• Assess residents upon admission, hospital returns or major permanent change in condition and complete the MDS.
• Develop, coordinate and implement the resident's Comprehensive Care Plan from admission to discharge.
• Supervise, evaluate and coordinate nursing care and staff within the facility.
• Provide inservice instruction and staff education.
• Coordinate and evaluate the resident's restorative care program and its staff.
• Monitor and evaluate residents' services and activities.
• Serve as the PI for the nursing home.
• Perform other assigned job duties and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse Program possessing current Tennessee Registered Nurse license.
• Two (2) years experience as head or charge nurse with one year nursing home experience preferred.
• Competent to provide appropriate care to the adolescent, adult and geriatric resident.
