As a Clinic LPN, you will play a vital role in supporting providers, caring for patients, and helping us fulfill our mission of making communities healthier.

A Clinic LPN who excels in this role:

• Provides direct patient care under the supervision and delegation of a Registered Nurse in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice
• Assists with patient assessments by collecting clinical data for RN review
• Performs plan‑of‑care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care
• Administers medications as permitted by scope of practice
• Documents patient care accurately and timely
• Assists the RN with development and implementation of patient care plans
• Assists patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, nutrition, elimination, and ambulation
• Monitors, documents, and communicates patient status and responses to interventions to the RN, provider, patient, and family
• Advocates for the physical and emotional well‑being of patients
• Schedules appointments and procedures as ordered by providers
• Obtains insurance authorizations for testing and scheduled procedures

• Minimum Education – Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program
• Licensure – Current LPN license in good standing with the applicable State Board of Nursing
• Certifications – Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire or transfer
• Required Experience and Skills – Knowledge of ICD‑9, ICD‑10, and CPT coding;
  Understanding of insurance benefits and healthcare processes;
  Strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and ability to work independently with appropriate supervision;
  Ability to function effectively in a fast‑paced clinical environment
