Professional Nursing Service LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care and support to patients, assisting them with daily activities to ensure their comfort and well-being. The CNA will work under the supervision of licensed nursing staff and be an integral part of the patient’s care team.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to nursing staff.
- Support patient mobility by assisting with transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control procedures and keeping patient areas tidy.
- Provide emotional support and respond to patients’ needs promptly and compassionately.
- Assist with patient intake and discharge processes.
- Document patient information accurately in medical records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in [State/Region].
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail.
- May involve lifting patients and standing for extended periods.
- Work is typically conducted in a healthcare facility, such as a hospital, nursing home, or assisted living center.
