Job Summary

A Brand Ambassador represents and promotes our brand in a positive and welcoming manner. Responsibilities include in-store sampling, occasional sampling at bars and restaurants, and participation in all-day promotional events to build and maintain a positive brand image and increase awareness.

What We Need From You

• Develop a deep understanding of our products and brand.
• Stay updated on features, new releases, and unique selling points.
• Maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude to create a favorable impression.
• Represent the brand professionally at all times.
• Follow dress code and appearance standards.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to marketing and product teams.
• Report event data accurately using the Company Sampling Portal.
• Be flexible and adaptable during promotional events.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Commit to working 2 Fridays and 2 Saturdays per month.

What You Will Do

• Act as a spokesperson, embodying the brand's values and mission.
• Collaborate with account managers and event staff for planning and execution.
• Engage with consumers during high-priority sampling events at stores and community venues.
• Participate in local community event marketing.

Additional Details
