In this role, you will build finished units according to customer specifications, coordinate with team members on collaborative tasks, and operate manual or automated lifting devices in compliance with safety standards. You'll pull, crimp, install, and test wiring and harnesses, communicate with inventory personnel to ensure accurate tracking of spare parts, and replace tool parts as scheduled. You'll also resolve routine issues, escalate complex problems when necessary, and work under close supervision with frequent monitoring.

Tasks are completed by following standardized procedures and detailed instructions, including visual aids, while selecting from established methods to ensure quality and consistency.

Maintaining a clean and organized work area in line with 5S standards, adhering to all safety and health regulations, and complying with company security policies are essential responsibilities. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support production goals.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or GED

· 1–2 years of relevant experience

· Minimum one year of experience in mechanical/electrical assembly

· Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

· Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to define issues, gather data, and draw valid conclusions

· Proficient in using a personal computer and Windows-based software applications

· Ability to read and interpret visual aids

· Capable of understanding and following written instructions, short correspondence, and memos

· Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division across all units of measure

· Ability to interpret graphs and diagrams accurately

Schedule:

· Monday-Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm OR

· Monday – Friday, 3:00pm-12:00am

Must be available to work overtime hours before or after shift, and Saturdays.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
