Experienced Forklift operator
Monterey, TN

We are seeking highly skilled forklift operators to support operations at a high-volume manufacturing facility in Monterey, TN.
Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, stack, and organize palletized materials in a fast paced environment
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments with accuracy and speed
• Maintain productivity standards in a demanding warehouse environment
• Handle materials weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally and 30 lbs. frequently
• Work effectively in industrial conditions, including exposure to dust and airborne particles

Requirements:

• Extensive forklift operating experience in a fast paced manufacturing or warehouse setting
  • Must have active experience within the last 1 year
• Demonstrated ability to work at pace while maintaining safety and quality standards
• Strong work ethic with proven reliability and excellent attendance
• Physical capability to perform repetitive lifting and manual material handling
• Must have excellent vision, including peripheral awareness, and physical ability to frequently perform reverse driving and other tasks requiring back mobility
• Dependable transportation
• Steel toe footwear
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Must be able to work comfortably in dusty conditions (this role is not suitable for individuals with respiratory sensitivities, allergies, or asthma)
