Job Description
Are you looking for an entry-level packing position that offers weekly pay? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Utility Packaging | Stock Labor Worker positions in Afton, TN.
Perks & Benefits:
- $13-14 / Hour (Depending on Position)
- 6:30am-3pm
- 2:30pm-11pm
- 10:30pm-7am
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire (Opportunity of long-term after 90 days)

- Follow all plant, safety, and OSHA regulations
- Load and feed materials into hoppers and equipment
- Assist with feeding, catching, and forming parts or assemblies
- Inspect and package products into containers for processing or shipment
- Perform rework, salvage, and miscellaneous hand or table tasks as needed
- Complete production orders, fill lines, and maintain machine logs
- Conduct quality checks and audits per procedures
- Load trailers, boxcars, and maintain pallets
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
- Other duties as required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Good hand dexterity and basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong oral communication and reasoning skills
- Quality focused and safety conscious
- Flexible and able to move between jobs as needed
- Adhere to all plant, safety, and OSHA regulations
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to squat, stoop, bend, kneel, twist and reach
