Positions Available

We are hiring for Assembly, Packer, and Extrusion Operator roles across multiple shifts. All positions are temp-to-hire with strong long-term potential.
Shifts Available:
Day Shift Hours: 6:45 am - 7 pm (2-2-3 rotating schedule) or 6 am - 6 pm (12-hour rotating shifts)
Night Shift Hours: 6:45 pm - 7 am (4-4 rotating schedule)

Extrusion Operator (PM Shifts)

Pay: $20 per hour | Temp-to-hire | Training on Day Shift

Operate and maintain extrusion lines and related equipment , ensuring safe , efficient production that meets quality specifications. This role involves equipment setup , adjustments , documentation , inspections , and coordination with maintenance, quality, and production teams.

Qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of plastics extrusion experience
• Ability to read specifications and use measuring tools
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to pass mechanical aptitude testing and complete operator training within 90 days

Assembler I - Entry Level (AM & PM Shifts)

Pay: $15-$16/hour | 12-hour shifts | Temp-to-hire

Ideal for entry-level candidates looking to start a manufacturing career. Responsibilities include assembly processes, quality checks, safety compliance, and maintaining clean work areas .

Qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Compliance with safety requirements

Assembler II - Experienced (AM & PM Shifts)

Pay: $16-$17/hour | 12-hour shifts | Temp-to-hire

Designed for candidates with prior manufacturing experience . This role focuses on high-volume production, in-line assembly equipment, quality compliance, and minimizing downtime and scrap.

Qualifications include:

• 1 year of plastic manufacturing experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills

Packer (PM Shift)

Pay: $16/hour | Temp-to-hire

Responsible for standing, packing, and offloading product. Candidates must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and maintain focus in a production setting.
