Line Technician

Hours:

2nd (2:50pm - 11:00pm) or 3rd (10:50pm - 7:00am)

As a Line Technician, you'll be a key player on our production floor, operating machinery and ensuring every makeup pencil we create meets the highest quality standards. From eyeliners to lip pencils, you'll help bring beauty products to life while maintaining precision and excellence.

• Perform detailed quality inspections on every product – checking bar codes, seals, graphics, and more
• Spot and report quality issues or foreign materials before they become problems
• Proactively identify machine issues and work with senior technicians to solve them quickly
• Move between different machines to keep production running smoothly
• Ensure we minimize waste by following scrap requirements

• Operate at least one piece of specialized equipment with confidence
• Help with changeovers and line clearances to keep production flowing
• Read and follow manufacturing orders precisely
• Demonstrate advanced skills by seamlessly rotating between different machines

• Set the standard for a clean, safe, and organized workspace (cGMP compliant)
• Champion safety initiatives and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
• Follow eco‑friendly and environmental best practices

• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team
• Collaborate and adapt to meet production goals

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent hands‑on experience)
• Strong basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing)
• Ability to read micrometers and rulers accurately
• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English

• 1–2 years in high‑volume, machine‑paced manufacturing (Entry level looking to build your career? We will train you!)
• Proven track record of meeting production standards
• Mechanically inclined – comfortable working with equipment and troubleshooting issues
